Adding New Guides

User guides are converted from existing training materials (PDFs, slide decks, screen recordings) into Obsidian-compatible markdown. When adding a new guide:

1. Place the markdown file in this guides/ directory
2. Add an entry to the table above
3. Cross-link to related repos, architecture docs, and tribal knowledge
4. Consider also publishing to Notion under User Guides or Operator Guides
