On-Site Presentation Upload Process¶
- Log in to Show Admin >Directory and choose the show (ex. 2026 OCP EMEA Summit)
- Find the activity, 2 options:
- Search by Speaker (name, email address)
- Search by Activity (Title, ID#, Speaker Title)
Search by Speaker¶
- In Left Navigation bar (mouse-over to reveal) choose Show Speakers > Speakers
- Click on "Search by Full Name, Email, Speaker Id, Member Id, Title Or Abstract” and enter the user’s name or email address
- User may have more than one presentation, choose the presentation to update

Search by Activity¶
- In Left Navigation bar (mouse-over to reveal) choose Activities > All Activities
- Click on "Search by Id, Title, Abstract, Speaker Title"
- Search by Title to find activity. Double click to open Activity Page

Edit Activity/Upload Presentation¶

Open the Activity Page

Scroll down to Materials and click to open
- In the Materials list find the Final Presentation Upload and double click to edit. (Important: If the user does not have a Final Presentation Upload skip to step 5.)
- Opens the “Edit Material” screen. First: Delete the older version by clicking on the trash icon. Then use “Media Upload File” area to upload the new version. Important: Click Save when complete.
- If user does not have a previous Final Presentation Upload, then you can upload one for them. In the Edit Activity page under Materials, click on Add Material.
- In the “Add Material” page click on Type* and select Media Upload
- Click “Media Upload Type” and select Final Presentation Upload
- Opens the Media Upload File widget. Drag and drop or browse to the file to upload.
- When complete, click Save (Note: Display on site does not need to be selected)
